Maybe you should jsut get hold of Allthumbs on here and see if he'll make you a couple pins. From the looks of it he's a damn fine machinist.

If you can't get a pin like that, give me a shout and I'll make you one with the measurements you got of the other one.

Hi, no I never did get Mfg, but bought 2 in like-new condition, so I'm all set. How about $25 via Paypal for one of mine (with a good pin) mailed?

Pat,

I have two of these as well. One has a broken pin. Did you find a manufacturer? I have a suspicion they are Lewmar.

Hi. I happen to have an extra set of these cars with working pins but worn sheaves -- did you ever find the mfg?

I assume you have one working version to copy??
The cotter ring is exactly what I was thinking if Rigrite isn't able to provide a replacement. The tip of the pin which extends beyond the car is hollowed out though, so it may not be a permanent solution due to wear.

Tanley Sent this info to rigrite, waiting to hear back. Any other ideas in the interim?

Thanks!
