carl762 God, went thru tons of those containers in all the years of camping. That's what I'll do.

Thanks. It'll work.

Six days to launch.

JimsCAL You basically need a hose fitting the same size as the one on the pump - probably for 1/2 inch ID hose. The water system on an ODay 22 I had 30 years ago consisted of a small collapsible water carrier connected to the sink pump. See West Marine item 232678.

carl762 Nobody? I really don't want to deal with a stationary tank that I'll have to treat, etc. Plus, they're a bit expensive, and I'd have to mount the thing.

MK4 Flipper Pump and Interface to Water Tank

I have a small sink and a MK4 type flipper pump. Underneath, somebody removed the hose, and there is no water tank.

I've looked around at West's, didn't have access to a salesman that day, looked through the catalog, and don't see how to hook up water to the pump.

I have a 7 gallon camping water jug similar to something I actually saw at the store. Is there a product that'll replace its cap, that has a hose through it, that'll suffice for my water supply, where I could simply bring fresh water for each cruise?
