Dromor Apollo 12

Hi all,
This is my first post.....I hope it gets a response.

Based near London and having crewed on a couple of racing yachts on the East and South-East coasts of the UK I am preparing to buy my own yacht.

I am still keeping all my options open but am seriously thinking about either a Sigma 362 (UK yacht) or a Dromor Apollo 12 (Greek yacht).

I don't intend to race just cruise short and medium distance (who knows some blue water work later) and be able to spend some time aboard with my family.
Love to hear any opinions on the above yachts and any other suggestions of between the 35-40 feet loa.
I have a limited budget (well for a yacht that is) of up to perhaps 40k but would extend myself a little if the right yacht came along.
