CAL 39 replacement ports - non opening

I have a CAL39 Mark III that was damaged by the yard. The two non opening plastic ports on the port side of the boat in the main salon were broken and need to be replaced. I removed the frames to see if I could find a makers mark but there was nothing.

Any information concerning the manufacturer or a source for replacement ports for a CAL 39 Mark III, will be appreciated.
