souljour2000's at the survey price right now like Code said...$36,600 or so..I'd have to think that is ALL this boat could be worth but some will no doubt disagree in the final 3 days and I bet she passes up past 40 grand with little issue...she might clean up pretty well though for someone and be a good harbor queen even if she isn't ready for primetime..

code up to $36.6k now, wow

Yep, bought my 23' O'day for $1200 and already have more than that in it. It doesn't take long. This boat would make an owner out of you quick!

JohnRPollard Hunter's don't appeal to me, but this one might be a good value for someone who likes them.

Omatako, you may be right that it hasn't been submerged -- I just don't know, though. To my eye, it looks like it got pretty darn wet belowdecks.

I was wondering if it had filled up while on land. Last year we had tremendous amount of snow fall for these parts, with over 3 feet of snow on the ground at once. If it was left unattended, uncovered, the freeze-thaw cycle might have opened up the seams in those fixed and opening portlights, or the cockpit scuppers could have been frozen solid and water could have entered through the companionway.

Potentially a lot of boat for the money (plus some elbow grease), depending what it goes for.

Faster 19K now.. for that amount of water damage to the settee backs there must have been totally sodden cushions sitting there for months.. Hull/deck leaks seem unlikely given Hunter's fasteners are all outside the hull in the flange.

Sad story here but at this rate it may hit the appraised 36K before it's done.

Omatako No way this boat has been submerged - those are top leaks. The engine and nav station are in far too good a condition for having spent any time underwater.

This is a good buy (from what I can see on the net) for someone with a little time on their hands.

Now up to over $10K, BTW

souljour2000 Not close to's in Maryland...and I agree that " based upon my own research...flippin" boats sounds dangerous Barquito...The boat interior seems it would clean up fairly well..and the engine looks it's age and no more..but who knows...?

Would be a good flip boat...for someone handy
Is it really possible to make money flipping boats? Seems like most boats cost more to fix than they are worth (to anybody but yourself).
