Used to use an enzyme cleaner in our Lube centers. We called it "Bugs" it did geat, spray it on let it sit over night no more oil, just a nice clean surface.
The enzymes will not work if they come into contact with other cleaners etc. So to get it to work best you need to stay with it and discontinue other cleaners that will "kill" the enzymes. probabl ysame type of stuff. Anything oily or geasy it will eat the oil away.

Anyone try "Mold Avenger"?? I hear it works great
Has anyone tried using mold avenger? A reputable building contractor I know informed me that it really works great.
Seems it uses enzymes to kill the mold. The mold thinks it's food so it doesn't release spores like it does when you use bleach or something else.
I'm not mold-ologist, so I don't know if this is all correct, but he highly recommends.
I'm about to buy some and would love to hear back how well it works.
