ardoin Yeh, thanks dave and eryka. I haven't had much free time to participate in the political debate this year, but i have lots of friends that will be happy to know that they can still anchor in back creek when they pass through on their way north and south.
Oh dave, have you noticed someone did anchor in the creek at the mouth... just before the #7 marker... I'm shocked that they haven't drifted up on the 2' sand bar that runs between the markers. The are also loaded with tomato plants
Thanks again for taking up the cause!

It looks like the hard work of involved SailNetters paid off.

SVAuspicious Part of my morning routine is to search the Capital on-line for "anchor." I'll certainly circle back here with a link if something gets published.

I'm still pushing Spinsheet to address the issue also.

@Joe - I simply didn't have time to connect with you and then connect back with Elisha. Business has been busy and I'm swamped. I'm just trying to stay on top of this because it is important.

If you haven't already, register (free) at the Capital's on-line site ( Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, News, Sports, Features, Information, Entertainment, Events ( - The Capital) ) so you can comment on the article when it appears.

I'll post contact information for Councilmen Arnett and Mayor Cohen also so anyone can make their case.

@Jaye, Elisha may call you.

I pointed her at this thread as well.
Thanx Dave, I did indeed speak to her but really, couldn't say anything more than to reiterate what I'd already said in my initial blog post on the topic.

Elisha indicated that she hoped to have an article out sometime early-mid next week, and that it would be both online and in the print version.
