I'd love to get my paws on a Cat22. They look like a lot of fun and are perfect for the weekend getaways on Lake Lanier.
There was one in the slip next to our 26' Chrysler. The guys father bought it new and he inherited it. He takes very good care of that boat and it's beautiful.
I'd want one on a trailer though. That way I can take it on vacations to the Gulf or Hilton Head, even Lake Hartwell.

Also. Catalina 22's have been around so long and there are so many of them that there really is not a lot to be said that is not common knowledge.
I did read that article in Sail and it really didnt tell me anything I didnt already know.

Catalina 22 is seldom mentioned in articles
With hull production that numbers close to 15,000 why are so few articles written dealing with this boat?
