Boat Documentation Question

Goto the site and find the section on "Previously Documented Boats." Print out the directions and the forms. No need to send off emails as all the information you could possibily want is on the site already.

Boat Documentation Question

The agency you are looking for is the U. S. Coast Guard. The URL below is the National Vessle Documentation Center. It should get you started.

They are pretty good about responding to on-line questions via their e-mail hyperlinks (give them a day or two - the CG is pretty busy these days!).

Good luck,

Boat Documentation Question

My 35'' sail boat has been previously documented on the east coast, but since having moved it to Nevada (Lake Mead),for 2 years I have State registered it in Nevada to avoid constant harrasment from the Park Service on Lake Mead (by avoiding stops/inspections facilitated by no reg. #''s reflected on bow). Now that I am moving it to the Pacific Coast, I would like to update the documentation. Is that even possible at this point, and what agency to contact if so? Any info. would be greatly appreciated.
