That was a thread here a year or more ago. I believe it's a commercial service offered on the Okeechobee waterway to save the trip around Florida.

PCP Great. we can only see a guy but I believe that is just to maximize the effect. I believe he had help

I saw something similar in Sardinia, but on a more modern style. A big canting keeler entering the port even more heeled than that one just to pass a zone that was a lot less deep than its huge draft.

erps He has lateral lines going to each bag, so he can let them out further (more heel) or pull them back in (less heel).
