Jeanneau 52.2

Hi Matt

No plans to charter; We plan to buy a 3 cabin 52.2, keep it here in Hong Kong then sail it to the Med in a few years time. Glad you enjoyed sailing experience I agree goes very well to weather.

Cheers

Jeanneau 52.2

Jon,
I do not own a Jeanneau, but chartered a 52.2 in The Grenadines this past spring. I liked the boat. It tracked well. Mine had and in mast main and roller furling (charter)Very nice systems. I would not select the 4 cabin/4head layout unless you are going to charter it. Too many systems, and waste of space. I loved the automatic windlass. I loved the cockpit layout and swim platform. Are you planning to charter this?

Good luck.

Matt

Jeanneau 52.2

Subject to a final trial sail I am about to order a Jeanneau SO 52.2. I have been unable to find a review of this boat anywhere. I would really appreciate any feedback from owners of recent models, especially problems encountered or options which you didn;t have and wish you did and vice versa.
Cheers
