You can''t use hose directly from the engine as the dry engine heat will melt it. You will notice that a hose injects water somewhere along the pipe you have described. From that point on to the outlet you can use hose.
You can get the adapter flange from a number of atomic 4 parts sources. Then go to the hardware store and reproduce the pipe by piecing together galvanized pipe fittings. Check it every 2-3 years in salt water for needing replacement.

Atomic 4 exhaust
My engine''s exhaust system has developed a leak aft of the engine. The current system appears to be a 3''copper pipe from the manifold to an industrial steam fitting 4 bolt flange. Aft of the flange a galvanized pipe is bent up slightly to clear the hull. In the aft lazarette a couple of elbows form a loop, and out she goes. The leak is in the galvanized pipe. (Coolant is fed in at the exiting loop so there is only exhaust leaking.)
Is the use of high temp exhaust hose appropriate from the flange aft. (Easier to bend than 10'' of pipe)
