PBzeer I see, makes more sense to me now Bob. The "not buying that" gave me the impression I got.

Still and all, it's hard to write if you don't really feel like doing it, or don't feel like you have anything you want to say.

Yes, get paid by the hit. And no he wasn't being churlish he was just concerned about my well being in a genuine sort of way. I appreciate his concern. Truth is, sometimes I need a good kick in the ass.

Unless you're being paid to provide content, at an agreed to rate of frequency, seems a bit churlish of them to complain.

Thanks. I'll give your suggestions some thought. HEATHER was a very interesting project and a most succesful boat. For a couple of years it was untouchable in the PNW.

SloopJonB You've got lots we want to hear about Bob - update on Sliver, details on the big custom boat you spoke of here, more historical stuff from your archives - for example, I'd like to know some of the inside info from back when you did Heather for Buchan - why didn't he campaign such a successful boat farther afield?

You've got no end of stuff to blog about, at least from our perspective.

smackdaddy You used the word "jejune" AND quoted Dylan. Best of all, you harness the Production Boats pissing and moaning!

Win.

To blog or not to blog,,,? My latest blog entry

I got a good firm talking to last night by my blog boss at Sailfeed. He wanted to know why I was not blogging more. I explained that I didn't have anything I felt needed to be said right now. But he wasn't buying that.

So, I took the dogs for a good long walk in the rain this morning and came back to blog. It's still a work in progress and I plan on getting it in Bristol fashion in the next couple of days. So if you visit it come back again soon and you'll see it in a more polished form. For now it's just an agate in the rough.

Rain, rain, rain. Fine. The weather suits my mood, i.e. wet, soggy and smelly.
