I've got pretty much everything he's ever recorded and go see him whenever he visits Oz. Not only a fabulous singer songwriter but as you say a real comedian on stage. We actually had a really good chat one evening cos I told him how much I liked his album 'Dusty' which apparently is not liked by the Fred crowd so he was pretty chuffed to find someone in Sydney of all places that loved the thing.

One of my favourite marine based songs ....



You guys need to hang out on the song chain thread a bit more often ....

Fuzzy, was that a lucky find or do/did you know of Fred Eaglesmith? He's been a fixture at one of the summer festivals we hit every August.

Interesting music, and pretty good standup too - his live shows are a treat.

See, Fred Eaglesmith has a special connection to the Dock. He is a local, and his old boat is permanently moored right across from the Dock.
