Can't imagine the environmental damage that would be cried about if a track hoe did that on one of our beaches! Also, I hope they gave those big rigs a good bath after all that salt water exposure, ha!
Very cool video. The heavy equipment operators really seemed to know what they were doing. I was surprised at the tow dinghies running in reverse rather than in forward with a tow bridle. The guy tugging on the halyard to heel the boat didn't seem very effective.
All in all a great exercise and definitely a better performance than VA Bch offered. It would be interesting to compare funds expenditure.
