You only need 1 positive and one negative connection. Parallel batteries act as one, no matter how many in the bank.
The best way for all connections to be made is the negative of one battery and the positive of the other. This both charges and draws evenly from each battery. If you make the connections only on one battery it will see the greatest load and the most charging.

Battery charging question
If I have my two house batteries in parallel do I need to connect both to the charge source, ex. Both batteries + and -, from solar and shore charging sources, or just on one battery and both will charge because of paralleling?
