Re: South Coast 22

My boat was a 1976, hull #1442. Was a great little boat and is still being sailed by the guy I sold it to 10 years ago.

I owned one several years aago. Mine had been pretty much gutted when I got it. Rebuilt a simple interior. Fun little boat to sail

I have seen some pictures of the boat with teak flooring in the cabin. Has anyone does this?

Re: South Coast 22

No problem. I'm happy to help. Mine's a 1971. She's in pretty good shape for a boat over 40 years old. She's a work in progress. A previous owner extended the v-berth aft and removed the head, replacing it with a port-o-let. The galley, table and side berths have also been removed. It could be a little disappointing, if not for the fact that it is kind of a blank slate now. I imagine that I will be tinkering with it for the next few years, but I'm hoping to have her in the water within the month.

Hi HarleyRider, Thanks for the info, I appriciate it. What kind of shape is your SC22 in? Mine needs some work on it before I get it in the water. My goal was to have it done by this May, but that did not happen. Now my goal is by the end of September. What year is your SC22?

South Coast 22

Hi everyone,

Is there anyone out there that knows anything about the South Coast 22 tailer sailboats. I just bought one that need a refit and was looking for any information I can find on them. Thanks.
