Ben, although it sounds like you're looking for a boat more than crew, I'd love to help you out if I could. I'm a 24 year old guy with a BFA in photography and video. I've worked as paid professional crew on a variety of boats and tall ships. I've made numerous offshore passages including a transatlantic voyage. I'm currently working as a medic for a pediatric helicopter flight team, but would quit in a second to go sailing. I'm a certified EMT and WEMT with 5 years 911 experiance. I'll be happy to send you a full resume, references and portfolio if you wish. Let me know what I can do for you!

Circumnavigation Crew Wanted for Book/Film Project
I am currently putting together a photography book and documentary film project and am looking for a boat and crew that is planning a circumnavigation in the next year with extra room.
Everything is very preliminary now, but there is a publisher interested in the idea and also a private financer for the documentary. Finances will have to be discussed later on, but there may be an opportunity to make money if the book/film sells.
Right now I am in scouting mode, looking for the right boat and crew. I am seeking one open position for myself (writer/photographer) and one for my colleague Mike (film director), as well as space for about a half-dozen small cases of camera and sound equipment.
If you are interested in having your boat and crew used for the book, please email me at my address listed below. I''d prefer to speak with the Captain or Owner of the vessel intending to make the journey.
