I need the rubber bladder for a Jabsco accumulator. The accumulator part # 30573-0000.

Any ideas on who handles replacement parts? My web search has not been successful.

Thanks

Looks like that part number is for the entire accumulator.. good chance that even if you find a bladder alone it may cost you similar to a complete unit. (under $100 by the look if it)

... but I know you may still be a 2 boat owner and can't spare the bucks??? ;) :)

Yes, that part number is for the entire assembly. I found a nice pdf showing drawings of the accumulator but no part numbers. It would be a shame to have to replace the entire thing.

And yes, I still own a fleet. :D

There is a temporary fix if the part isn't leaking. Separate the shell halves and insert a partially inflated balloon that's had the umbilical heat sealed in something like a Food Saver, then close the the thing up again. Your pressure pump will fill the cylinder and partially compress the balloon until the pump reaches the cutoff pressure. So long as the cylinder itself doesn't leak and the cutoff pressure isn't too great, you'll be surprised at how long the fix lasts (carry spare balloons). BTDT...

FWIW...

The issue with the bladder is the lip serves as the gasket between the shell halves. It appears to have been improperly assembled and there is a "pinch" along the edge allowing water to leak.

Guess I could just stick it together with 5200. :p
