far too strong a word, the lad was simply asking for a better deal
oh mercy

furthermore, I agree West Marine should not be bullied; I thought this just the other day- if they were not a mile up the street many tears at this marina shall be shed in their memory

Goodness. Not all vendors acquire their inventory at the same price, any more than we do.

Vilifying SN for not having the best price on everything is pretty unfair. For that matter, those that believe WM never has a good price are also unfair.
