Re: Sandy. Glen Cove Brewers

Sorry, I just came across this thread.
I also am at Brewers in Glen Cove living in NYC and since power and phones were down for days there was no way to know how big a hit the marina took.
Though a surge of up to 12' was predicted it got about 6' with 6' left on the super tall pilings.
I've been assured that Brewers in the future will be sending out an email to keep customers informed.

Re: Sandy. Glen Cove Brewers

I had soemone check on my boat and all is fine. Glen Cove Marina seems to have been spared the horror pictures.
I hope all is well with your vessel!

I have my boat there as well. Hopefully all is well. Phone line are still down. If anyone can snap some pictures I would really appreciate it. I am looking for a red and white boat on a cradle. TIME OUT is the name.

I am far away in NYC and my boat is hopefully still at the dock.

Does anyone have any knowledge of current conditions.
