Sign up with Ahoy Sailors, Motorboaters and Crew in Victoria (Victoria, BC) - Meetup and you willl have more sailing buddies then you ever imagined. It's a bit slow in the winter but you should still be able to find some interested folks.

Victoria, BC daysailing

Hello all. Apologies if this isn't the correct forum!

I have a 37 foot sloop sitting in the Inner Harbor that I'm really working to get out as much as I can. Anyone between boats and craving the ocean air? I'm 25, fairly inexperienced but learning fast. She's an old boat undergoing a midlife refit.

I'm always happy to teach what I know, and learn from those more experienced than I.

The last time I was out we took her from Brotchie Ledge around Trial Island under sail. (I believe that was on Jan. 2nd or 3rd.) Winter sailing at it's finest!

Let me know! Cost is of course free, except for maybe a coffee for the diesel.
