I have two stainless rod holders, that clamp on to the stern rail. ( another one on the other side) I've seen less expensive versions if you don't think you'll have em around for awhile.

Check the online catalogs for the marine stores. They seem to have plentry that will clamp on the a stanchion or sternrail.

Used to cut pvc lengths and secured with a few cable ties to stern rail when kids were small...used to secure poles to rail with simple spring loaded clips.
When kids outgrew...off they came.

You can get clamp on units that attach temporarily to the pushpit...

Or nicer pole units that attach to a board laying across the pushpit....then attach the whole assembly with temp clamps...

have a cat 27 and looking for a easy non destructive way to hang 3 rods from a cat 27, like not to screw thru deck if at all, and be able to remove or still use ladder.
