Re: Can you identify this boat?

Good evening,

I can't answer this question but I can clarify that the boat is not a Princess 37. I sailed one for a number of years in Hong Kong and she had a steeply inclined transom. You can see images of the Princess and other Arthur Robb designs on the Cheoy Lee home page.

Good Luck with the search.

Re: Can you identify this boat?

I think Sonosail got it first. There was just some confusion between the S&S Sigma, built by Cheoy Lee and the David Thomas Sigma, built by Sigma Yachts who were part of Marine Projects.

I think it is as S&S Sigma 36.

The only othe cheoy lee that I know of with five equal ports is the Arthur Robb Princess 37, but this boat doesn't quite look right for that.
Comparing photos, I believe Geoff54 has nailed it. Man, you guys are good! What a beauty!

This one on yachtworld is a different, later Sigma 36. (designed by David Thomas and built in UK).

The boat in the first photo may not be a Sigma 36 (S&S). I just can't resist trying to identify the mystery boat, ... even though I usually get it wrong.

Re: Can you identify this boat?

It caught my eye the other day while I was scoping out another. Too bad it's not for sale and out of my range even if it were!
