This is the Herreshoff 12 1/2 "Sheldrake" #839. She is somewhat historically significant in that she was the first of the Marblehead 12 1/2 fleet (1921).

did anyone think to register the boat as an historic treasure?? that makes a lot of difference to small towns...see hudson, ny and the eleanor.
