What about Brian? What's the deal with this heavily promoted new "kid" on ABC's block? Well, at least the guy doesn't walk around with a pet-goldfish-in-a-bowl dangling from his neck, define getting tied to a boat's bow as "sailing" or stalk his vacationing psychiatrist.
