Clyde Coastguard has experienced a record number of calls for this time of year. The first Incident began just before 08:00am on Sunday and Coastguard Rescue Teams and RNLI Lifeboats throughout the District have been very active since, along with other vessels offering assistance. Clyde Coastguard have co-ordinated the recovery of five drifting vessels and the rescue of three people from the water when their speedboat overturned.
