Roadshow: State policy forces pothole repair to slop over into a.m. commute (San Jose Mercury News)
by NewsReader 04-28-2006

Q What on earth is going on with Interstate 880 from Highway 237 to Mission Boulevard? Three times this week morning traffic came to a stop and then inched along to Mission, turning my 10-minute commute into 45 minutes. After that, clear sailing. Ridiculous! . . . I get off at Dixon Landing, so I cannot see what's slowing us down. Do you know what the cause is?
