Members of Palatka?s Rat Island Yacht Club let their names and talents be known Saturday at the 53rd annual Mug Race, taking four of the top five spots in the Archie Markland trophy event under the Rudder Club Handicap System (RCHS), as well as capturing the Colin Mackenzie Trophy as the first Putnam County resident to cross the finish line.
