LAKE NEUSIEDL, Austria, May 20 -- The young Chinese female sailor, Chen Qiubin successfully took the women's windsurfer RS:X's title in the final day competition of the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) World Sailing Games 2006 here on Saturday.
