Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance and Industry, said he is pleased with the progress that the Sir Bu Naair traditional dhow sailing races have achieved since they were first introduced 16 years ago.
