Photo by Adam Lapierre Happy sailing, Hood River local Bruce Peterson catches a swell at the Hatchery Wednesday afternoon as a barge passes through. Windsurfers and kiteboarders were treated this week with some of the best wind and waves of the year in the Gorge.
