NEWPORT - Liza Baldwin is such a native Newporter that she proclaims it for all to see. "Newport girl" reads the large banner that flies on Van Ki Pass, the 65-foot sailboat she has chartered for the centennial Newport Bermuda Race that begins this afternoon.
