ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - State officials said Monday they found body of publisher and former diplomat Philip Merrill, who apparently fell overboard more than a week ago while sailing alone on the Chesapeake Bay. Maryland Department of Natural Resources spokesman Michael Walsh gave no immediate details on when and where the body was found. Merrill's boat was found adrift June 10 about 25 miles south
