On the Bay (Port Washington News)

The Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association of North America (ICSA) has announced the members of its 2005/2006 ICSA All-America Sailing Team. Also named were the College Sailor of the Year, Quantum Female College Sailor of the Year, Sportsman of the Year and the winner of the Leonard M. Fowle Memorial Trophy for the all-around best college team.
