Saginaw Bay Community Sailing Association offering variety of lessons this summer (The Bay City Times)

The sun beats down on six children as they sail in tiny boats, called ''dinghies'' on the Saginaw River near Wenonah Park in downtown Bay City. Today the youngsters are playing ''follow the leader,'' with the goal of staying in line, and not letting their boat fall behind or pass any boats.
