SYLVAN BEACH ? Nearly six years ago, a 30-year-old Whitesboro woman riding a personal watercraft was killed when she and her fiancé cut in front of a boat on Oneida Lake near the entrance to the Erie Canal, Tom Martyniak of New Hartford recalled.
