Sailing: Singaporeans win top honours in Laser 4.7 World Championships (Channel NewsAsia)

Singaporean sailors Colin Cheng and Victoria Chan have done the country proud by winning the Laser 4.7 World Championships in France. Colin emerged tops in a field of 237 sailors on Friday after sailing a consistent regatta to garner a total score of 39.
