SAN DIMAS - Ed Macias stood on the pier under the morning sun and looked onas his son-in-law and two grandsons cruised on the water in a sailboat. This wasn't just a simple case of a family enjoying a Saturday on the Puddingstone Reservoir at Frank G. Bonelli Regional County Park.
