Contrition counted As one of many critics of the organisation of this year's Round the Island race by Island Sailing Club, it is only fair to say now that I feel the club has responded properly to yachtsmen's comments, in that they have issued full apologies and set in train proper procedures to ensure the event does not suffer similarly in future.
