PIERRE (AP) ? Sailboat enthusiasts on Lake Oahe expect to have the wind taken out of their sails this summer because of falling water levels. The sailing season typically runs from mid May to October, but seven years of drought has left Lake Oahe 40 feet below its all-time record high in 1997.
