Up-and-coming star sailor Oliver Loughead has secured the top spot for his age group during the Ronstan Topper World Championship 2006 in Italy. The impressive 13-year-old from Groomsport claimed the only top 10 place for Northern Ireland, finishing tenth overall at the recent Lake Garda event.
