EAST CHICAGO ? Any given weekend when the weather is hot enough to fry eggs on the sidewalk, Lake Michigan becomes the Borman?s counterpart on the water, with the biggest yachts, the littlest puddle jumpers and all manner of sea craft in between vying for cruising space.
