Peace Corps volunteer from Philomath electrocuted in Africa (KGW Portland)

PORTLAND, Ore. ? An Oregon man volunteering with the Peace Corps in west Africa died after he was electrocuted in a boating accident there. Justin Brady, 27, of Philomath was killed Sept. 3, while sailing on the Niger River in the nation of Mali, according to Peace Corps officials.
