When Oscar-winner Morgan Freeman is not on a film set, he's often at the helm of his 44-foot ketch, sailing the Caribbean and dropping anchor to fork up jerk chicken or lightly grilled fish with lemon/caper sauce. He's especially fond of the beauty and serenity of Grenada and was devastated when a good friend on the island called to tell him about the mess left by Hurricane Ivan in September 2004
