Mir sailboat returns victorious from Tall Ships' Race (Interfax)

St.Petersburg. Oct 7 (Interfax) - The sailing ship Mir, St.Petersburg's 'marine ambassador', is returning to Russia's northern capital city as the winner of the 50th Anniversary Tall Ships' Race-2006 international training ships regatta.
