All three sailing ships of Windstar Cruises will have moved to the warm waters of the Caribbean and Central America by December. The largest vessel, the 308-passenger Wind Surf, sails three different itineraries round-trip from Barbados Dec. 16-23, Dec. 23-30 and Dec. 30-Jan. 7, with passage starting at $1,499, $2,399 and $2,549, respectively. The 148-passenger Wind Spirit calls at St. John, St.
