Woman's killer seeks freedom, says his `sailing days are over' (Boston Globe)

Convicted killer Thomas J. Maimoni , who threw his victim's weighted remains from a boat off Marblehead, told a skeptical state Parole Board yesterday that he should be freed because his sailing days are behind him and the death was an accident.
