UNLESS there are last minute appeals coursed through the Supreme Court, it looks like smooth sailing for a large number of nursing graduates in the Visayas and Mindanao as the Court of Appeals (CA) decision convinced the Palace not to issue an executive order for a re-take of the nursing exams.
