A defendant's son who managed kitchens on the Moshulu sailing-ship restaurant and at Pier 34 testified yesterday that he had been unaware that a damaged gas line to an outside kitchen was leaking for the second time in nine days and that it had been repaired just 11 hours before the pier collapsed.
